Flexibility classes
We have a few different flex classes depending on your goals. These classes are a workout in themselves and you'll be surprised at how much more you work than you expect. The instructors will make you work your active range so that you can achieve your splits and backbends with control
Tuesday is box splits 19:00 - 20:00
Thursday alternates weekly between front splits with back bends 18:45 - 19:45
Saturday alternates weekly between front splits with back bends 10:15 - 11:15
